What is your store's exchange and return policy?
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags attached, in order to be eligible for a return. Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

How long until my order has shipped?
Item(s) will ship approx. 2-5 days after placing order.
During holiday season shipping times may fluctuate depending on season and amount of orders.

How is price calculated for shipping?
Price is based on your item weight and your location. The rate you are quoted at checkout is the same the USPS website would calculate.

There is a problem with my order. How do I fix it?
We must be notified of any issues with your order within 4 business days of delivery. Email us at tessaandtiana@gmail.com with your order number.

Items returned to us due to an issue with your order must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. No damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If there is an issue with delivery we will need to be notified within 48 hours.

Can I get other designs on apparel, tumblers and etc..?
Yes! We do offer custom request, please send us an email at tessaandtiana@gmail.com letting us know what design you have in mind, the quantity of the item your interested in, and from there we reply with in 24 hours. You will receive a digital sample during the email processes before we finalized your order.

Custom and personalized orders:
If you would like to request a custom or personalized item don't hesitate to email us with details upon your request. We will love to make it happen! Please give 24 hours to respond.
